ORDER PROCESSING TIME

At Nalu Boutique, we strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Please note that all orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days of receipt. Once your order has been shipped and received by the carrier, you will be provided with a tracking number and link to monitor your package’s journey.

We kindly request that you allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update once the carrier has received the package, as there can occasionally be delays in updating the tracking status.

Please be advised that Nalu Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company, nor are we liable for any misrouted, lost, or damaged packages. Any claims related to shipping delays or issues must be filed directly with USPS or the respective carrier handling your shipment.


ORDER CANCELLATION

We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs when possible. To ensure we can assist you in the most efficient way, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order will be processed and shipped out as usual.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to our customer service team at naluboutique@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, cancellations made after the 24-hour window will not be processed.


SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE

We understand that occasionally, customers may need to change their shipping address after placing an order. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible through email or via our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram). We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.

However, please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Therefore, it is essential to verify your shipping address before finalizing your purchase.


DISCOUNT CODE POLICY

Please be aware that discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Once an order is confirmed, the discount cannot be retroactively applied, and no adjustments will be made to the order amount.

In the rare event that Nalu Boutique issues a refund for a discount or promotional offer, the decision regarding the amount and eligibility for the refund will be at the sole discretion of our customer service department. We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding any refund claims, based on the specifics of the situation.
