Please note that all orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days.
After the order has been shipped out and received by the carrier, we shall update you with a track and track code which will enable you to follow up on your package and see the remaining shipping time.
Please allow 24hrs or 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
Nalu Boutique is not liable for shipping companies delay, any misrouted or lost package. All claims are filed through USPS directly.
We take pride in every order made. We understand that plans can change, and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order.
In is worth noting that we require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of all orders. If cancellation is not made in 24 hours, your order will be processed and shipped to you.

In situations where you would like your address to be changed, please contact us via email or our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) with the new shipping address or befitting address.
